The Geneva set contains 3 different cone balls with gradually increasing weights designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Effective cone exercises improve vaginal health, resulting in increased libido and sexual satisfaction. Each cone ball comes with a silicone cord for easy removal after use. Begin by carrying the ball with the lightest weight (46 grams), try holding the ball in place in the vagina for 2 seconds in sessions of 10 or 20. Practice regularly and slowly increase the duration of the workout to first 5 and later 10 seconds. After a while, switch to a heavier ball (77 grams) and work your way up to the heaviest ball (107 grams).
