Shipping & Delivery

We are only too happy to keep you updated on the status of your order. How do we do that? Well, like this:
1. As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
2. As soon as the order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. In the same mail we will also give you the track & trace number of your order.
Track & trace
After the parcel has left our warehouse, you can follow your order on the website of the delivery service via the track & trace link which we will provide you with. For smaller products sent as a letterbox package you will not find a track & trace link in the shipping confirmation. These shipments cannot be tracked.
Delivery time
Most products are in stock and will be shipped the next working day. With your order, we will indicate when you can expect your order. It will be neutrally and discreetly packed and delivered via PostNL to your home address only (so not to your neighbors). If you are not at home, you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL collection point. Here your parcel will remain for about three weeks before it is returned to us.
Shipping costs
We do our very best to keep costs as low as possible. For orders within the Netherlands up to € 50,00 shipping costs € 6,95. For orders over € 50,00 we will take care of the shipping costs.
For orders in Belgium up to €100,00 the shipping costs are € 9,25 and above € 100,00 free.
Delivery to a PostNL point (only for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium)
Do you prefer your order to be delivered to a PostNL point? This is possible for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. In the ordering process choose Pick up at PostNL point and after you have completed your order you will get the option where you want to pick up the shipment
