How we keep you informed about your order
As soon as you place an order, we get to work right away. We won't leave you in the dark and will send you several updates by email:
- Order confirmation: As soon as your order is received, you will automatically receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
- Shipping notification with track & trace: As soon as your parcel has been scanned by the carrier (PostNL), you will receive an email from us with a personal track & trace link. This way, you know exactly when to expect your order.
Please note: smaller products that are sent as letterbox parcels are not provided with track & trace. These fit through the letterbox and cannot be tracked online.
Delivery time: When can you expect your parcel?
We offer fast and reliable delivery times. In most cases:
Ordered today, shipped next working day
For example, if you order on Friday morning, your order will be shipped on Monday. During checkout, you will always see the expected delivery date, so you know exactly where you stand.
Your order will be neutrally packaged, without any recognisable sender or logos. In addition, we will only deliver your order to your home address – not to neighbours or alternative addresses. If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, your parcel will be taken to the nearest PostNL collection point, where it will be available for approximately 10 days.
Shipping costs: What do you pay for shipping?
We charge fair shipping costs, so you'll never be faced with any surprises:
- The Netherlands: €4.95
- For this amount, your parcel will be sent by registered post and delivered only to you personally – so no delivery to neighbours or in the container. You can also choose to collect your parcel from a PostNL point.
- Belgium: €6.95
- Here too, you can choose between home delivery or collection from a collection point.
- Other countries: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. During checkout, you will see exactly what the costs are for your country.
Prefer to collect from a PostNL point?
Would you rather collect your order yourself, for example because you are not at home during the day? No problem! For customers in both the Netherlands and Belgium, it is possible to select “Collect from a PostNL point” during the ordering process. After placing your order, you can select your preferred collection point.
You will receive a notification as soon as the parcel is ready for you. Here too, the following applies: neutral packaging, without a recognisable sender.

Absolutely. Our parcels are packaged completely neutrally. No one can see what you have ordered or where it comes from.
Can I track my parcel?
Almost all parcels have a track & trace code. Only letterbox parcels are not traceable.
What happens if I am not at home?
Your parcel will be taken to a nearby PostNL point. You will receive a notification as soon as you can collect it there.
How long will my parcel remain at a collection point?
On average, 10 days. After that, it will be automatically returned to us.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
For reasons of discretion and security, we only deliver to your own address or to a PostNL collection point of your choice.
