Use water-based conductive gel
E-Stim Systems recommends using a
water-based conductive gel with the Conductive Rubber Loops. A thin layer between the skin and the rubber can improve electrical contact and contribute to a more even sensation.
Do not use silicone-based or hybrid lubricants. For e-stim, a suitable water-based conductive gel, such as E-Stim ElectroGel, is the recommended choice.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning, turn off the power box and disconnect all cables. According to E-Stim Systems, the loops can be cleaned with mild, fragrance-free soap, a suitable toy cleaner, or a medical-grade cleaning solution designed for this purpose. Rinse off any residue thoroughly and then let the rubber air-dry completely.
The manufacturer states that the loops can also be wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
