To process your return quickly you can easily use our return form.
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to let us know that you are canceling your purchase but use of this form is not obligatory.
By notifying us in advance, we can process your return quickly. Please note that after revoking your order, you must return the items no later than 30 days.
Please note that your return must meet a few requirements:
The product is in its - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging.
If the item has been used further or more than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you will be liable for the resulting depreciation.
Refund amount
The application of the right of withdrawal does not void your payment obligation. You will have to pay within the set period. If a credit has been created in our administration due to the return processing, we will of course refund that amount as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be forfeited. The cost of returning the package is for your account.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the return package.
Please note! For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned when the seal is broken:
Underwear and lingerie
Catsuits
Tights and stockings
All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
Condoms, tablets, lubricants and massage creams
The above items can be returned after opening only if the item appears to be broken. If you notice this, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible because of course we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible. We will then discuss the best solution with you.

Cancelling your order
Every order can be cancelled without giving reasons, as long as the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace so you can track your order.
Would you like to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Then send us a message immediately via email, chat on the website or via whatsapp.
Once you have received a shipping confirmation you can unfortunately not cancel the order but you can of course return it unopened.
