Warranty
Erotiekvoordeel.nl guarantees all products in its assortment for a period of 1 year. Does the product break down after 12 months or more? Then you must prove that it is not your fault and that the product is to blame. If an item you ordered is defective, please notify us by e-mail. We will tell you how to return the defective item to us. We will then either repair or send you a new item or refund your purchase price.
Exchanges or returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase or prefer not to have the article? No problem. At Erotiekvoordeel.nl you can exchange or return an item within 30 days.
Intimate products, such as sex toys and underwear, whose packaging has been opened and/or the seal has been broken, cannot be exchanged for understandable hygienic reasons. And please note, the return costs are borne by the buyer, unless it is determined that we delivered you a defective item, in which case the costs will be borne by Epicurius.

Broken or incomplete delivery
Does your product not do what it should do upon delivery?
Then we recommend that you take a closer look at the manual first. Maybe you can solve the problem yourself so you can use your product right away and don't have to return it. We find that especially the correct use of a charging cord can often solve a possible problem.
Does your product still not work after this?
Of course we find that very annoying. We will try to solve it together with you. Send us an e-mail describing the problem and we will discuss the best solution with you.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Epicurius, Korenmolen 106, 3481AX Harmelen, telephone +31(0)850041427 of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by mail or e-mail info@epicurius.nl). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
