Super Warranty
Erotiekvoordeel.nl guarantees all products in its range for a period of 12 months, unless the manufacturer has a longer warranty period, in which case we will take it over. If within this period an item ordered by you shows defects, you must submit a warranty request to our customer service by e-mail.
When the request is received by Erotiekvoordeel.nl, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and instructions on how to proceed. If we have received the defective product including the invoice within 6 months after the invoice date, we will send you a new product or we will refund the purchase price to your account.
