How does a squirting dildo work?

A squirting dildo has a reservoir in the base that you fill with water or special ejaculation fluid. Using a hand pump or push button, you squirt the fluid out through a channel in the dildo. The effect mimics an ejaculation. Clean the reservoir thoroughly after each use—fluid left in the channel can contain bacteria.

Is an inflatable dildo suitable for beginners?
