All about vaginal balls
What are vaginal balls?
Vaginal balls have many different names, including Ben Wa balls, love balls, kegel balls and geisha balls. These balls are intended to train the pelvic floor muscles and increase the pleasure during sex. Stronger pelvic floor muscles provide a more intense orgasm. Small, metal balls in the vaginal balls create vibrations when you move. Start training the pelvic floor muscles with a large ball with a light weight. Build this up slowly by using progressively smaller balls of heavier weight, requiring more effort to carry these balls. In this category you will find both classic geisha balls and balls with a vibrating mechanism. These vaginal balls can often be controlled with a remote control, so that control can be completely taken over.
Kegel balls are designed to help you correctly locate and target your pelvic floor muscles so you can exercise them effectively. Vaginal balls are inserted into the vagina, and as your body holds and clamps them, you effectively train and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
Not only do they keep your pelvic floor healthy and strong, but they are also great for enhancing intimate sensations and enhancing orgasms.

Preparation
When you take your vaginal balls out of their packaging, make sure to clean them well with warm, soapy water or with a cleaning spray such asDorcel Sensation Pure Water Lubricant† It is very important that you clean your vaginal balls before and after each use. This helps to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria, keeping your vagina happy and healthy.
It may be worth adding a small amount of water-based lubricant to the balls before inserting them. This will help make the insertion process more comfortable, but don't add too much or you may not be able to hold them in place at all!
Inserting vaginal balls
Gently insert the vaginal ball by pressing it against your vaginal opening until it slides in comfortably. You may find it easier to insert while lying down or squatting.
Your body is trained to hold the balls in place - your pelvic floor muscles help with this. If at any point you want to remove them, gently press on your pelvic floor muscles and gently pull on your kegel ball until it slides free. Extra lube can also help with the removal process.
From light to heavy
Once you have the skill to use vaginal balls, you will find that you can move on to bigger or heavier balls.
You probably won't be able to just jump straight in with the heaviest cone unless you've had a pelvic floor sent by the gods. Instead, it's important to train your muscles and work your way up.
The pelvic floor muscles are essential in this process and if you are unable to hold a ball or experience no improvement, you may need a little extra help.
