Use instructions: After choosing your application tip, fill the balloon with lukewarm water by dipping the balloon into a bowl or container so you can control how much water is in the balloon. When the bulb is filled, apply lubricant to the tip and, once fully inserted, slowly squeeze the bulb to release the water. Do it gently and repeat the process until the water flows clear.
