Place the two halves together above both your testicles and gently close them. Make sure there is no skin between them before tightening the single screw. Black Label preferred this old-skool screw closure to a magnetic closure because it offers more control, prevents pinching of the skin and won't release if you don't want it.

The inner diameter of this ballstretcher is 35 mm, which is a perfect medium size, suitable for most customers, no matter how big you are created.
