De gids voor het dragen van een buttplug

The guide to wearing a butt plug

Wearing a butt plug can be an exciting prospect, and sometimes you find yourself wanting to do it more and more often. Or maybe you're a complete beginner and have no idea how long you should be wearing one.

In this article, we're going to go over the ins and outs of wearing plugs!

2-3 hours of wearing a butt plug, the typical guidelinesWhen trying to figure out how long you can wear a butt plug, the most obvious place to start is with the manufacturer's advice. Some people also like to ask medical professionals for more "scientific" advice.

Both parties tend to be rather conservative, because they don't want you to hurt yourself. They will say something along the lines of:

"You should gradually work on wearing your butt plug for longer periods of time. Start with a few minutes and wear it for longer and longer periods as you become more comfortable. Don't wear a plug longer than about 2-3 hours. "

In general, our advice here at Erotiekvoordeel.nl is the same. This is because the inside of your anus is a very sensitive area.

Putting pressure on your sphincter and the walls of your anus can reduce blood flow to all of these areas, which can lead to damage or even ulcers. The inside of the rectum is also an area with no pain receptors, so sometimes you may not realize it even if something is wrong.

Of course, both manufacturers and doctors are quite conservative with their advice. They don't want to be blamed if you do hurt yourself! However, a quick online search will reveal that many users wear their plugs much, much longer.

We reiterate that we generally do not recommend this. But we think it's important to discuss what can happen and when you can or cannot wear your plug.

Can you wear your butt plug while sleeping?

The first question that always comes up is whether or not you can wear it while you sleep.

Again, you will find lots of stories of people claiming to wear their plugs in bed every night. However, when you sleep at night, the pain receptors in your body are turned off. This means that if something goes wrong, you may not find out until the morning.

To add to this, you will be unconscious during your sleep. You won't even feel the butt plug, and depending on its size, you may not even know it's there. Why take a risk when you can easily put the plug back in when you wake up?

"We don't recommend wearing your butt plug while you sleep."

Can you wear your butt plug while pregnant?

Another common concern about when you can wear buttplugs is whether you can use them during pregnancy. Traditional sex itself can be quite uncomfortable, so some women turn to anal to satisfy their sexual desires.

So can you use buttplugs if you're pregnant?

"If it's a low-risk pregnancy and there are no health-related problems, using buttplugs shouldn't cause any problems."

The key here is the "low risk" part. There are several things that women can experience during pregnancy that prevent the use of buttplugs from being advised.

Most importantly, never use buttplugs if you suffer from placenta previa. This is a condition where the placenta sits much lower than normal in the uterus. By using a butt plug, you can damage the placenta, which can lead to heavy bleeding and damage. Most doctors recommend avoiding sexual activity completely if you suffer from placenta previa.

More often, however, the main considerations are things like constipation, hemorrhoids or simple germs. While some women can use their plugs while suffering from these things and have no problems, for others it can make the situation much worse.

The best advice is always to talk to your doctor. Be open and honest with them, they have seen it all before. If they say you'll be fine with buttplugs, go ahead! But if they advise against it, you should always follow their advice.

Can you keep your plug in while using the bathroom?

Yet another common question is whether you can keep your plug in while going to the bathroom.

Half of this answer should be pretty obvious. You won't be able to poop while wearing a butt plug, so you need to take it out.

If you just need to pee, you might wonder if you can leave it in.

"In general, we recommend that you remove your buttplugs before you use the bathroom. It makes everything much easier. "

While it is possible to pee while wearing your butt plug, this is a bit of a contradiction. To hold your plug, you have to engage the pelvic floor muscles. But when you go to the toilet, you have to relax these muscles to let the pee escape.

It takes an awful lot of control to do both at once, and what's most likely is that you relax too much and the plug falls out! Usually this is not a problem, but fishing something out of your toilet is not the most pleasant experience.

If your lure is metal or glass, dropping it this way can damage both the toilet and the lure.

However, some people don't want to take their lure out once they've inserted it. If you absolutely must wear it while peeing, it's best to hold the bottom of the plug to make sure it doesn't fall out.

Be sure not to push or strain to get the pee to flow, as this can damage the pelvic floor muscles and lead to problems such as incontinence or urinary tract infections.

Butt plug wear in the long run: fables and facts

Although we still advise you to use your plugs only 2-3 hours at a time, we know that many people will ignore this advice and want to use them for much longer periods. Because this is a topic that is generally avoided by manufacturers, stores and medical professionals, there is a lot of misinformation out there.

So we're going to go over many of the different claims you can find online and find out which are facts and which are myths.

"You can only wear a butt plug for 2-3 hours."

We'll start with the most common "myth," which we've already mentioned a few times. Despite the advice often touted online, you can wear your plugs much longer.

In fact, many enthusiasts around the world keep theirs in for whole days, weeks, or even try to shut them off completely.

If you are going to try these extended sessions, you need to pay close attention to your own body. We are all different, and you may find your limit at 3, 6, or even 9 hours. As soon as your muscles start to get tired, or you feel a little sore, it's best to take a break.

"You should gradually work your way up to sessions of prolonged use."

Another claim you'll often see if you want to know more about buttplugs, and this time it's the truth! The muscles you use to hold a plug in your body are just like any other, they need training.

You should start with shorter sessions and then gradually increase the time until you are satisfied with how long you can wear your plug. It's important to repeat this process even when you replace the plug, as the size may be different or heavier than your previous one

"Wearing a butt plug too long can be fatal."

At the other end of the scale, we have some of the more outlandish claims about how terrible buttplugs are. We can honestly say that there is no evidence that prolonged wearing is any more dangerous than most other sexual activities.

You might see stories of "severe anal bleeding" or "massive incontinence" caused by buttplugs, but these are all hugely disproportionate. As long as you keep yours clean, use lube, and take the time to insert it, you shouldn't have any problems.

"Wearing a butt plug all day can cause pain, discomfort or muscle soreness."

If you try to wear your buttplugs for an extended period of time, you may notice one or all three of the above side effects. While these are not terrible things that cause permanent damage, they can be more than a little uncomfortable

As you experiment with prolonged wear, you should pay very close attention to your body. These symptoms are signs that something is starting to cause problems, and that should be taken into account.

Most of the time, however, this simply means that the pelvic floor muscles have been working too long and need a good rest. Allow enough time between prolonged use sessions, and over time these muscles will get stronger and stronger and the symptoms will usually disappear.

"If you wear a butt plug for too long, you'll end up with an ass that can't close."

While gaping is a sexual practice that many people enjoy, it is not something that happens overnight. Gaping takes time, practice and specific techniques. You don't cause it by simply wearing a butt plug.

What you may notice is a very "slight gap," where your anus seems more open than before you used your plug. This is perfectly normal and within a few hours your anus usually returns to its original state.

"You can use buttplugs to prepare for anal sex."

As we mentioned above, using a butt plug for a while can produce a "slight gap" that causes the sphincters to open a little more than normal. This effect continues into the anal canal and is great as a warm-up for anal sex.

If you notice this, it is usually a sign that all your anal muscles are beginning to relax and get used to having something in them. You'll often find that using a plug for anal sex makes it much easier to get a penis in, and much more comfortable when you do!

"You only need to use lube when you insert your butt plug."

Lube is an incredibly important part of any kind of anal play, but during extended sessions it plays a much bigger role.

No matter how smooth your chosen lubricant is, it will eventually dry out. Once this happens, things can get very uncomfortable down there, so it's always good advice to keep a bottle of lube on hand during prolonged sessions. Any time you feel things drying out, you should remove the plug and apply fresh lube.

"Some lubricants are better to wear all day," says Dr. H., "but they're not.

Not all lubricants are made the same way, so which one you choose to use can change the experience you have while wearing your plugs all day.

Silicone- and oil-based lubricants in particular are thicker and tend to last much longer. As a result, you won't need to reapply them as often because they take longer to dry out.

Remember, however, that if you're using a silicone plug, you can't use silicone lube!

"You shouldn't wear buttplugs in public "

When it comes to wearing your buttplugs while out and about, there can be a few reasons why people say you shouldn't do it. Most of the time, the claims are that the plug will fall out or that they will be clearly visible and everyone can see them.

Both of these things are completely dependent on which butt plug you use. If you have trouble holding your butt plug, you can try a different size, material, or even a harness to hold it in place

To make it less obvious that you are wearing a plug, you can get one with a T-bar base. This sits discreetly between your buttocks, so no one will know it's there.

"Prolonged wearing of buttplugs causes you to poop more."

There is a lot of truth in this, as many people find that wearing buttplugs can actually help with constipation. Likewise, if you have a healthy bowel, you may have to go to the bathroom more often because you are wearing your plugs longer and longer.

There's nothing wrong with that, of course. Just use the bathroom whenever you wantTips for wearing a butt plug for a long time

If you plan to use your butt plugs over a longer period of time, there are a few things you should do to make everything a little smoother.

Lube

The first and most obvious consideration is to make sure you have plenty of lube. As we mentioned earlier, you'll want to apply lube not only when you insert your plug, but regularly while wearing it. Make sure you always have some on hand if you wear earplugs for extended periods of time.

It's also important to consider which lubricant you use. Both oil-based and silicone-based lubricants are much thicker, so they last much longer. This means you won't have to reapply it as often!

There are even some specific anal lubricants you can buy, like Dorcel Anal Lubricant

It's also important to make sure you have the right kind of butt plug for long-term use. Just choosing the right one can make all the difference in your experience.

While you can normally use fairly large plugs, you actually want one that is a little smaller if you are going to wear one all day. Wearing the biggest one you can will put a lot of pressure on your anal muscles and tire you out quickly. Using something more comfortable will feel much better over time.

You should also think about what material your plug will be made of. Generally, we recommend silicone for extended periods of time because it is the softest non-porous material you can buy.

A final consideration when wearing a plug for an extended period is what you will be doing while wearing it. Something like a butt plug made of fox or cattail may seem like a fun idea at first, but if something happens and you have to run to the office, you'll have to take it out or do a really good job of hiding it.

Make sure your Plug has a base with T-bar

Similarly, it can be much more comfortable to make sure your butt plug has a T-bar base. These plugs have a base that has a T-shape instead of the usual flared shape.

With the traditional type of base, it is very likely that you will begin to experience friction after a few hours. It also won't be the most comfortable to sit on!

T-bar bases solve these problems. You'll still end up chafing if your lube dries out, so be sure to reapply it regularly.

Try a harness or comfortable underwear

Many people will find that it is harder to keep the butt plug in your body while moving. However, if you wear a butt plug for a long time, it is inevitable that you will have to move at some point.

To make falling off your butt plugs more difficult, try a butt plug harness. These are similar to other sex toy harnesses you might find around your waist and between your legs. They help hold a buttplug in place inside your body and require less effort from your anal muscles.

However, if you don't want to use a harness, you can still try to find nice underwear to do the same. Obviously, things like thongs or baggy boxers won't do much good, but tight briefs or panties can do the same job as a harness!

Stay safe when using buttplugs for long periods of time!

While you can take precautions to make wearing a butt plug a little safer in the long run, you still need to be careful. This is not recommended by Erotiekvoordeel.nl and most other sex toy manufacturers or medical professionals.

However, everyone's body is different, so if you think you can wear one for more than a few hours, remember our simple tips and pay close attention to your buttocks!

Fantastisch artikel met zeer accurate info. Niks aan toe te voegen buiten het feit dat de auteur heel goed weet waar hij / zij het over heeft
