Prostaat melken: hoe je een prostaat orgasme krijgt

Prostate milking:how to get a prostate orgasm

Penis orgasms are great. Serious. But there's more. Because there is another male organ that can provide extraordinary orgasms. Meet the prostate. A walnut-sized gland that makes some of the fluid that makes up semen. The prostate is also often referred to as the "male G-spot" because of the intense, completely unique style of orgasms it can cause.

What is a prostate orgasm?

A prostate orgasm or "prostate milking" is a form of prostate stimulation or massage. People do it for a variety of reasons, but the two most common. Since the prostate is able to orgasm without ejaculation, many men find that they can have intense multiple orgasms without losing a drop of semen.

who has a prostate?

Almost everyone with a penis has a prostate. However, some trans women and non-binary people do too.

Where do you find the prostate?

That is often one of the first questions people have about prostate play. Although not visible to the naked eye, it is actually not that difficult to locate the prostate in the body. There are two ways to do this.

Insert a finger anally. The prostate sits about 10 centimeters in the rectum, directly below the bladder, on the same side of the body as the belly button. The prostate is about an inch wide and feels like a firm plum, soft but a little yielding. The prostate has a different structure than the rest of the rectum, so you should be able to feel it, especially if the person you are playing with is excited because the prostate will begin to swell with blood and fluid released during ejaculation, causing it to feels bigger, firmer and clearer.

External access to the prostate is a less direct method, but of course more than fine, especially for people who are not quite ready for anal penetration. To find the prostate, gently press on the perineum (the area between the anus and the testicles) until you feel a firm bump. Once found, you can pat it from the outside with your fingers or a toy.

How to get a prostate orgasm

Preparation

An important part of achieving a prostate orgasm is relaxation. And it helps if you know that you have taken the necessary precautions to be safe, comfortable and have no unwanted accidents.

It is therefore good toanal shower to take.

Clipping the fingernails is also another way to make it more comfortable for everyone. The skin around the anus is thin, sensitive and can tear, so it's an excellent idea to keep your nails short, with no sharp edges or hooks.

Finally, it is useful to have some paper towels and, if desired, latex gloves on hand.

3. Warm up

Prostate pleasure is largely based on how relaxed the anus and rectum are at the time of penetration. When a person is nervous or uncomfortable, their anal sphincter tends to tighten, making penetration painful. Their prostate is also likely to feel less prominent.

So for the best chance of a prostate orgasm, it's important that the person being penetrated (and their anus) is relaxed, comfortable and aroused. The more relaxed they are, the more relaxed their anal muscles will be, and the more prominent and sensitive their prostate will become (like the G-spot, the prostate performs optimally when a person is already aroused and seated in it).

Try warming up with a sensual body massage. It can be particularly effective to play with other erogenous zones such as the nipples, neck and genitals before moving on to the buttocks. Then, using long, slow strokes, massage the buttocks and external anal area until you feel your partner melt in your hands. Light hitting with a hand, crop, flogger, or stick can also work, if that's your thing. Warming up in this way will help improve circulation to your partner's anal area, allowing them to relax.

4. Lube, Lube and More Lube

Because the anus, rectum and prostate do not become moist on their own islubricantindispensable. It protects, provides comfort and enhances pleasant sensations. It also makes inserting something into the anus - and removing it later - easier and more comfortable. So, before you begin, apply a generous amount of high-quality lube to both the anus and whatever is used to penetrate it. You can also use a so-called "lube shooter" to get lubricant higher up the rectum, closer to the prostate.

What happens next also depends on whether you have atoyor use your fingers to stimulate the prostate, but in general you can start by inserting what you put into the anus quite slowly. A sex toy with a bent head usually works very well. Make sure the curve is pointing forward (towards the navel).

If what you're using doesn't have a curvature, turn it slightly toward the navel, or move it around until you or your partner feel it on the prostate. If using fingers, bend them into a "come-here" shape and feel around until you find a thick, ridged bump with a distinctly different texture from the rest of the rectum. That's the prostate! Found it! Good job.

Now do everything here that feels right! Some people respond well to an in-and-out motion where something slides back and forth across the prostate, but doesn't necessarily put specific pressure on the prostate. Others prefer a more direct feel. Some people like their partners to massage their prostate with their fingers using small circles or a come here motion..

In general, the prostate responds to firm, repeated pressure, almost as if you were pulling it toward the navel. Experiment with different sensations and ways of touch until you find something that works for you. There is no right or wrong way to stimulate a prostate - it's about what the owner of that prostate finds most arousing.t.

Massaging and stimulating that area regularly helps flush the prostate, increase blood flow to the pelvic floor and strengthen the pelvic muscles; effects that can reduce impotence and help prevent prostate cancer. In fact, prostate massage — or "prostate milking," as it's sometimes called — is what many proctologists recommend to their patients to keep them healthy and functioning.

What does a prostate orgasm feel like?

Since every person is different, there is an infinite number of answers to this question. Many men say it feels like the beginning of an orgasm; if you are just starting to climax and reach a point of no return. With prostate orgasms, however, this feeling lasts much longer and can be felt all over the body. Since prostate orgasms can occur without ejaculation, many people find that they can make this sensation last as long as they want.
